Estefanía Garavito

Estefanía is a strategy consultant with nearly a decade of international experience working at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and infrastructure. She has advised multinational companies, development banks, private and public institutions across Latin America, Europe, USA, Africa, and the Caribbean, helping them navigate complex challenges through data-driven insights and long-term strategic planning.

Her work includes financial modeling, investment strategy, ESG transformation, and public-private partnerships—supporting clients in unlocking capital and driving systemic change. Most recently, Estefanía was a Consultant at Bain & Company, and prior to that, she worked at Castalia Advisors in Washington D.C., focusing on infrastructure and development finance across emerging markets.

Estefanía holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.

Originally from Colombia, Estefanía has lived in five countries and traveled to over 45. Outside work, Estefanía can be found exploring new corners of the world, riding horses through open countryside, or enjoying Formula 1.
