Hanieh is a seasoned strategy, operations, and digital growth expert with over 15 years' experience helping companies achieve scalable and sustainable growth. While her deepest expertise lies in financial services — particularly retail banking and payments — she has successfully served clients across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining GNG Partners, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led large-scale digital transformations, product innovation, and commercial growth initiatives for global top-tier financial institutions across Europe, Africa, and Asia.

In addition to her advisory work, Hanieh has taken on interim leadership roles within client organisations, helping to drive hands-on change, build capabilities, and accelerate digital delivery. Known for her pragmatic and sharp problem-solving, she is passionate about translating strategy into tangible value and lasting impact. An award-winning public speaker and recognised people leader, she thrives on building high-performing cross-functional teams through empathetic leadership and a strong focus on sustainable capability building.

A true global citizen, Hanieh grew up in Perth, Australia, pursued her university studies in Japan, and has lived and worked extensively across Europe. Outside of work, she enjoys public speaking, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors with her family.
